MAC Campers
MAC is designed for kids who know lots about, as well as nothing about, CAPA. All campers - whether they've never performed or they're seasoned performers - have an equally great time! We focus on the fun, friendships and freedom of creativity more than the talent and performing. We do have a talent show at the end of day 2, which is optional to perform in. Children who don't choose to perform get to participate in other creative ways such as helping with the music, props and lights! The theatre is full of many personalities and we love that all the children can find their creative passion at MAC.
Every activity is optional at MAC and everything is in groups within the same year group. Kids are split into a small group of 10-20 kids their age, and get to do a few different CAPA activities each day. Our educators are all kind, compassionate and happy to see every child achieve in their own way. There is no pressure, but plenty of encouragement!

Calling all Central Coast Kids aged 5-13yrs... this is the school holiday camp you've been waiting for!
GET CREATIVE WITH YOUR FRIENDS AT MAC!
MOVE ARTS CAMP school holiday events are designed for kids from kindergarten/prep to year six and run from 8.30am-3.30pm over two days. We design our Creative and Performing Arts Events for all abilities and focus on the creativity, fun and effort rather than a child’s artistic talent & ability. Every child gets to express themselves as they sing, dance and act their days away!
Kids who attend MOVE ARTS school holiday camps get to ignite their passion for CAPA in a safe, fun, supportive environment lead by inspiring staff who love to sing, dance and act!
MAC campers are treated like the shining stars they truly are, and they are encouraged to explore their creativity with individuality and bravery. MAC Staff are fully qualified childcarers and artists; we take both our safety and fun very seriously at MAC! All MAC campers are fully supervised with the utmost care by our fabulous MAC staff.
Kids get to learn dance routines from qualified dance teachers, sing on microphones with professional singers, and put together plays with their mates under expert guidance from acting coaches. This 2 day event is sure to be the highlight of every kid’s school holidays!

Registration
We will have a registration table for sign in on a daily basis. Please make sure you sign your child in.
MAC T-Shirts
If you have Pre-ordered your MAC Shirt, it will be ready for pick up at the Rego Table on Day 1 of your MAC Event. We will have a limited number of MAC Shirts for sale at Rego throughout MAC Events.
Pick Up
Of course, parents/carers are most welcome to come into the Camp Facilities to pick up their children if they prefer. However we have a streamlined Pick Up Strategy in place that keeps everyone safe and gets everyone home on time. We have up to 5 PICK UP BAYS for you to stop your car in where your child will be waiting. Please have your CHILD'S FAMILY NAME CLEARLY DISPLAYED IN YOUR FRONT WINDOW. One of our friendly team members will call for your child on the microphone and have them waiting in the appropriate bay, much like school pick up.

What To Bring
Clothing suitable for Indoor Play including dance/acrobatics. THE MAC SHIRTS ARE EXCELLENT OPTIONS FOR CAMPERS. No skirts or denim please! Clearly labelled Lunch, Snacks & Water Bottle. Please also bring your big smile and creativity with you!

NUT FREE CAMP
Please be advised that Move Arts Camp is STRICTLY A NUT FREE ZONE. Please do not pack any nut products for your children. Nuts are not to be consumed at any MAC Event. Thank you for your understanding.
ACTIVITIES
Besides Dancing, Acrobatics, Singing & Drama, Campers will also get to participate in Arts & Crafts including (but not limited to) Drawing, Painting & Jewellery Making. We also have Calm Zones for Yoga/Meditation, Reading and Free Time. A Camp Timetable is provided to Campers upon Registration.
